ProductCrown Awards operates ProductCrown at https://techoscar.vercel.app. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address (via Magic Link sign-in), display name, role.
- Company profile data: company name, website, country, industry, size, logo, contact details.
- Submission data: product/project name, descriptions, supporting links, screenshots you choose to upload.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; we never see full card details. We store Stripe identifiers (session, payment intent) and amounts.
- Contact form messages: name, email, optional company, and your message.
- Operational logs: standard request logs and security telemetry.
3. Processors
- Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
- Stripe — payments and invoicing.
- Resend — transactional emails.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, abuse protection.
4. Public publication
When a submission is selected as a finalist or winner, your company name, project name, summary, and chosen categories are published on public pages. Information marked as confidential is not published.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. See the cookie policy for details.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing ratomir@ratomir.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect lawfulness of prior processing.
7. Retention
Account and submission data are retained for the lifetime of the account plus a reasonable archival period. Payment records are retained per legal/accounting requirements.
